Event Review
On June 11 and 12, 2024, Salzburger Banken Software (SBS) hosted the 6th SBS Talks, a specialist conference on the topic of ATMs and self-service solutions in the banking sector. This year's motto "In the scope of digitalization: The meaning of self-service in the cash and non-cash fields" attracted national and international speakers and 150 participants from Austria, Germany, Switzerland and other European and Asian countries to Salzburg.
High-caliber experts from banks, national banks, the European Central Bank and other big players from the cash industry provided insights into the supply and use of cash, currently and far into the future. The world's most important ATM manufacturers presented their latest device developments. Selected showcases provided exclusive insights into current SBS software solutions for the self-service sector.

SBS Showcases
In our showcases, we demonstrated how KIXOmatic, the SBS automation and networking solution, optimizes the performance of self-service operations, as well as providing insights into the latest release and future developments. Exciting new functions of the SBS ATM management solution KIXOperator were also presented. A current status of the implementation of the European Accessibility Act in the SBS ATM standard application KIXCustomer was presented on site on a self-service device.

With the KeBob, KEBA Handover Automation showed how artificial intelligence can be used to bring the bank branch to life.
